Day 01 : Cochin

As you arrive to Cochin Airport, you will be escorted to the hotel pre-booked for you. Stay at the hotel for the night. If time permits you can also visit the vicinity.

Day 02 : Kochi – Trivandrum/Kovalam (270Kms)

A Drive to Trivandrum/Kovalam, today. As you reach Trivandrum, check into the hotel pre-booked for you. Stay at the hotel for the night. You can enjoy the place by going on to a sightseeing tour in the vicinity.

Day 03 : Kovalam

Enjoy all the therapeutic treatments enlisted in the age old and time tested Ayurvedic books which originated in India. This includes various skin treatments like the hand and foot massage by Ayurveda prescribed oils and creams. Also enjoy the steam bath which would be medicated to provide you with refreshment to your whole body and spirit. If time permits you can go on a sightseeing tour around the city. Stay at the hotel for the night.

Day 04 : Kovalam

This day would also be dedicated to various Ayurvedic Treatments. The treatments include the Deepana and Panchana treatment under which purification of whole body is targeted by therapies like Virechana (Purgation), Vamana (Emesis), Snehavasthi (Medicated Oil Enema), Kashayavasti (medicated decoction enema) & Nasya (Nasal Administration). After that, take rest at the hotel.

Day 05 : Kovalam

Take a rejuvenating ride by having various Ayurvedic massages.The special oil massage named Abhyangam is given to relieve yourself from Obesity, loss Of skin texture, Sleeplessness, Fatigue and other Vata predominant diseases etc. Overnight stay.

Day 06 : Kovalam

On this day enjoy the steamed bath in which rare and precious herbal leaves and herbs are boiled and the steam is passed to the whole body. Overnight stay.

Day 07 : Kovalam

This day awaits for you a whole body massage with herbal oil or herbal powder, using hands and feet of a duration of 90 minutes. This is good for rejuvenation and improves vitality. Overnight stay.

Day 08 : Kovalam

Again dedicate this day to various Ayurvedic procedures and rejuvenate your mind and body with the freshness that is provided through them. Overnight stay.

Day 09 : Trivandrum
